Pacific Safety Center (PSC) is a private, not-for-profit safety education organization, providing training and consulting in occupational and road safety in San Diego, California. In 2011, it was at a crossroads, having successfully weathered the economic downturn and experiencing a period of rapid growth. Their competition was also growing and maturing and the then-Pacific Safety Council needed to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to maintain and improve its market share. ChangeMakers rebranded the Council to Pacific Safety Center and developed a visual identity that reflected their personalized approach and wrap-around services.
ChangeMakers also developed a three-year strategic marketing plan and a one-year tactical plan to guide the organization as it launched its new brand, sought new customers and supported staff in selling PSC’s services. We developed a suite of marketing materials, including a training calendar, brochures and posters to promote PSC’s programs and services.
The new brand was greeted with enthusiasm by staff and members and provides a unified look and feel for PSC to promote its diverse range of occupational, road and community safety services.
