Marilyn Zachariah
Operations Director
Marilyn epitomizes operations management as a personable and professional problem-solver. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Red River College as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative Studies with a specialty in Marketing from the University of Winnipeg. Marilyn combines her education and experience in client service, business consultation and event management to provide meaningful management solutions rooted in a fundamental understanding of business practices.
Marilyn manages project budgeting, financial tracking and service reporting, in-house projects, and relationships with clients, suppliers and staff. As a member of ChangeMakers’ management team, Marilyn applies her astute business acumen to ensuring the ChangeMakers team has all the tools they need to meet and exceed client expectations.
